Chapaghetto….er Chapagetti….
After seeing my Green Tea Ramen post, a lot of readers have been telling me to try Chapagetti….i thought it was a tad on the blander side….perhaps maybe i left too much water in the pot for the sauce?Any which way, FatNation members have been giving me different iterations to give the Chapagetti more ‘UMPH’.
I look forward to trying other renditions of this:
1. Sliced rice cakes/veggies and meat
2. Korean Canned Spicy Tuna (Gochu Chamchi)
3. Braised Gluten
4. Spam
5. Hot Dogs lol.anymore suggestions?

braised gluten sounds really weird but it would be good. spam sounds good too, though i don’t know how it would go with the taste of this. it’s supposed to be like instant jjangmyun right? i would love to try this! where did you buy it?
i’ve never heard of canned korean spicy tuna! i usually just add extra veggies at the end of the boil. it does help to follow the directions about the amount of water. i don’t think it’s bland then.
yum yum
i wanna get real dah jaing mein!
i know what you mean by the somewhat bland flavor, but that’s actually what it is and once you accept it and know what to expect, it’s pretty enjoyable lol. i like eating it with some cuhrazy fermented kimchi. that stuff got me through college!
I love Chappagetti! I love putting a nice runny egg on top with a few splashes of Maggi. So good!
