I ate Fried Rice.
love taking left over rice, dice up some ham, throw in a scrambled egg and some scallions and peas.
stir it all up in a hot pan with oil and add salt to taste (no soy sauce for me) and voila…
loveliest.fried.rice.EVARRRRR.

Mmmm…. I cook this too whenever I have leftover ham and rice. Sometimes I’ll add a bit of shrimp.
Fried rice hits the spot all the time. Anything goes. No salt for me though. I use ABC kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) and Sriracha to tie my ingredients together.
