I made Mac and Cheese.
Another Dish i made for Thanksgiving that got devoured. I decided to make it again so this time i could eat some.
However, this year i made it with Four different kinds of cheese. (yesh mac and cheese made from scratch.)
Montery Jack, Mild Cheddar, Queso Quesadila and Asadero Cheese. My favorite part of the recipe:
you don’t cook the macaroni.
crispy cheese on top, hot gooey cheese innards…so. very. nice. Here’s the Recipe.
(For best results, view recipe in Mozilla/FireFox, for some reason Chrome and Safari like to mess up my pics.)

interesting recipe! i’ll definitely have to try this out for the hubby. he lives for mac & cheese. i hate grating cheese, though, so either i’ll make him do it, or i’ll break out the food processor and then use that for the liquid part, too, instead of a blender. i’d like to make this at christmas time – should be a hit with the nephews.
Yoooo buddy. How much of each cheese did you use? About a quarter of a pound I’m guessing?
@heyjulsiscoo - I’ve gotten lazy and don’t grate the cheese no more, so i buy it packaged from Costco. this is what i get: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tECHJF7KfbI/Tv-owBzs5bI/AAAAAAAAT4c/rlEsWC_jno8/s1600/ham-cheese-pepper-egg-muffin-2-kalynskitchen.jpg it’s actually mixed already pretty well. i know i know, i’m such a cheater, but it turns out REALLY REALLY good.
