| |  Oh man, I was sick as a dog come Thanksgiving Day...I was at the older sister's for a feast, and 30 minutes in i had to leave cause i felt so miserable (due to illness) which kind of sucked cause i had brought a suckling pig to her thanksgiving... and was really looking forward to not only cutting it, but eating it too. Luckily i got home and went straight to bed, and self medded...which lead to me talking to myself in the dark for a good 15 minutes...but that's a story for another time...Luckily i always have a Fat Nation Thanksgiving the day after Actual Thanksgiving.... which i had ordered another baby suckling pig for. *evil grin. (got kind of tired of the turducken/turkey tradition...though next year i might do Turducken again after i buy my own oven. hmmmmmm....) (and of course you will recall i've done the whole suckling pig thing to make sure it would run smoothly before [The First Suckling Pig])
 And since i was sick and couldn't make my famous deviled eggs or a good hearty salad and some more veggie side dishes....i ended up getting more roasted meats. =) heheheh (the price of the pig is still the same 118$ and it was alot bigger than last time. 0_o
 first up, squid...i usually get it whole and cut it myself...but in my weakened condition....lol.
 the roast pork was ridiculously good, as the guy had JUST taken it out.
 and what would roast meats be without roast duck?
 then had to latex glove it up and cut up the ole porker.
 i cannot iterate, nor will these pictures do enough justice to how crispy the skin is and how juicy and flavorful the meat is.
 i guarantee you that baby roasted pig will be the best "fire meat" you'll ever eat in your life time....the closer you are to the death of the pig, the better the flavor it is.  *droool....  of course there were other people and other foods...i just forgot to photog them. LOL...whoops!
i was sick....still so sue me!!! atleast i got a pic of the dessert...after everyone had at them lol.

It turned out to be an awesome Fat Nation Thanksgiving! thanks to everyone that came and participated! SIDENOTE: Everyone always asks me where i learned to cut roasted pig...funny enough...the answer is Youtube. lol
