  • My Favorite Ramen: Green Tea Ramen

    I once bought these on a whim as to try them out and see if they were any good. Oddly enough it was in Maine that i busted one of these out (after i had gotten tired of eating lobster…(yes…its possible to have lobster overload ) And from that day forth, i’ve not eaten any other kind of ramen…

    so its still kinda sticky. it comes with the nori in its packet.

    sometimes i like to add XO dumplings…sooo gooooooood.

    Other times, fish balls or cuddle fishballs or beef tendon balls….*droolz….

    and a ton of romaine…i love putting romaine hearts in from the beginning…they get so soft and flavorly good at the end of the cooking process.

    The romaine also makes the broth so much sweeter…i also add a lot more water and not all of the soup base packet…soooo goooood!

    Well no matter which way you have it…

    Whether with dumplings, or veggies, or fishballs, or cuddle fish balls, or beef tendon balls…the green tea noodles compliment it all really well…
